Restored my hope for continued uses of this facility Reserving the last star to see customer service via text message shows the same level of customer service going forward. Oct 6: They have just tanked their own score. Whether it is a new CS person or an old one they have become unresponsive upon questions asked regarding their pricing. Their pricing is not consistent "similar to how airline prices rise as seats fill up" even though I have rented the same unit for a long while now, and often have rented the one next to it without the "airline pricing". When I rented the second unit again, it had the same paperclip that I accidentally left in there when I cleaned it up (so it has not been occupied), and it uses the same lock and security code. So they are not better than the competitors any longer, the customer service is not kind and response, the area still is relatively quiet and safe. I WILL be looking somewhere else if this is not resolved. Old:Bigger Garage Self-Storage has been absolutely fantastic. I found their prices to be better than competitive, their customer service to be kind and responsive, and the area quiet and safe. I definitely will rent with them again if I need extra space in the future.

Company still standing strong with my business as I've been with them for about 3 years now.
